10 Minute Sweat Fest

Hey guys! Happy Tuesday!! As I mentioned yesterday, I have a “Try It Tuesday” workout on the agenda for everyone!

I did this on Sunday and it kicked my boo-tay!

10 Minutes – As Many Rounds As Possible

5 Push-Ups (chest to deck! from the knees is okay if needed)

5 Kettle Bell Swings (medium – heavy weight)

10 Lemon Squeezers (or sit-ups)

5 Burpees (I did it without the push-up, but if you’re hardcore, do the push-up too!!!)

Try this one and let me know how it goes!!!

    • Me too!!! Long cardio days are goneeeeeee. So tough to do that, but once you do, you’re freed! (Still do long runs on occasion, but because I WANT to, not because I feel like I HAVE to.)
