Lovely timing for me to be sick right?! With 16 days until I am supposed to compete, things aren’t looking good. I can’t work out today because I can barely stand up, let alone work out. I don’t know how long this will last. I am feeling like maybe it is a sign, either way, I’m staying home today and resting.

  1. So sorry you’re feeling sick : ( My sister had the swine flu and it just knocked her out! I get so scared of that happening to me because I, like you, would freak out if I couldn’t workout!
    You should definitely eat a ton of veggies it will help boost your immune system. I understand preparing for competition means a hard core protein diet but yikes, I couldn’t do it. I’d miss my veggies too much. Now go eat some broccoli! ; )
