Saturday overviewwww and my surprise

Hola!! I don’t have too much time, but let’s back up.

Yesterday, I ended up crashing at my sister’s place on Friday night because I was so tired and didn’t want to drive home, so I left at around 6:15am.(I’m an early bird lol) I went to the grocery store and then ate breakfast. I was bored and decided to go to the little gym in my apartment complex to do some cardio. I ended up running 4.5 miles and doing a little bit of abs. Afterwards I decided that I really wanted to go do something(the surpriseeeeee!!!!! JJ) so I did that and then headed over to the rock climbing gym with my friends Jorge and Rick. If you have never done that before, it is SO much fun and an AMAZING workout. I used to go all the time, but you need a partner and I always seem to find people that go a few times and then bail out. Rick and Jorge both bought month memberships with me so hopefully we will be going a lot!! After that, I went to my best friend’s aunt’s 50th birthday party. I have grown up with this family and I am pretty sure I am closer to her aunts and uncles than I am my own haha. It was good to see everyone. I finished off the night with a barbecue and some Texas Hose Em(Beer pong where if you lose, you get sprayed down with a hose. Yes it is a very hick-ish game haha but we are all nerds like that. No worries I made my partner drink all my beer for me haha ) at a friends house. I only stayed until about midnight and then headed homeeee. Saturday

MEAL 1

(Pre-Workout)

  • ¾ C Rolled oats
  • 1.5 tbsp AB
  • 123g banana
  • 1c egg whites
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 1 mini hersheys bar in my oats
  • 14 strawberries
  • (this was over a few hours)

MEAL 2

(Post-Workout)

  • 2 apples
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 c egg whites

MEAL 3

  • 2c egg whites
  • 150g sweet potato
  • 1 apple
  • 1 grapefruit

MEAL 4

  • 1 c egg whites
  • 1 c spinach
  • 12 baby carrots
  • 14 strawberries

MEAL 5

MEAL 6

MEAL 7

TRAINING

  • 2 hours at the rock climbing gym

CARDIO

  • 4.5 mile run on the treadmill

TOTAL CALORIES IN

And now for the surprise……….

I pierced my nose!!!! Sorry its not that exciting lol but it was for me! And i apologize for the lame pic but i was driving haha. I look angry and focused hahaha.

Anyways…today looks like i am going to go visit my mom and then hopefully some volleyball this afternoon!!! Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

    I’m with april on the hershey’s yeah it’s that TOM for me 🙂 Oh I love the nose ring…fabulous! Rock climbing sounds fun I’ve always wanted to try it…I love how one baby step leads to a whole day of fun 🙂
