Ahhh so last night was awesome!! There were eight of us and everyone was really nice. We weighed in, took measurements, and took before photos. Then we talked about the show and what division everyone is doing. The show that we are all going to do is Fitness America August 22nd. This is only one month after the NPC show that i was originally planning on doing, so I think I will make the switch. It will be awesome to work on posing with these girls. Tiffani and Elana(the leaders) have so much experience with figure and fitness competitions so it is really cool to hear what they have to say!! I will be competing in the bikini and fitness model division. At this point, I just don’t have enough muscle packed on to do figure and would probably just not do well at all. That is fine with me, because I have my whole life ahead of me. I also ordered my shoes last night!!

 
 

Now here is where you all come in!!! For the fitness model division, I have to pick a theme! One of the girls is doing “kickboxer” so I can’t do a boxer 😦 but I need some ideas on what I should do!!! It should be something athletic that I can put a cute skimpy outfit together with. (It’s kind of like a slutty halloween costume haha) So if you guys could help me out with some ideas i woudl REALLY appreciate it!!!

 

Anyways I was supposed to train with Dae this morning because he wasn’t able to yesterday, but he couldn’t do it this morning, so I am going back at 11:15 to train with him. I still boxed and did my cardio though, so that is out of the way!! Boxing was so much fun today! I was hitting HARD and I lovedddddddd it. Boxing is so addicting its like a drug! Shoulders is on the strength bill for today! Woo!!

  • Zucchini slaw(aka shredded zucchini haha)

    Awesome, how exciting….hmmmm sporty themes…race car driver? if you can use props you can swing one of those huge checkered flags and walk out to the sound of an engine coming on…like that stalling sound…or martial arts? like a little white karate jacket that is more the length of a shirt that you can take off during the performance? I’ll let you knwo if I think of something good.
