Monday Overview

So I am about to leave for my first meet-up with the group I will be competing with. We are going to get all suited up, take pictures, take measurements, and then Tiffani is going to tell us what division she thinks we should compete in. My guess is that I will be doing bikini and not figure. We will see! I am excited. I think that the competition that the rest of the girls are doing is August 22nd, so I may switch and do that one since it is only 1 month after the one I originally planned on doing. It is Fitness America pageant, so from what I hear the figure division Is less muscular than NPC. I will have to see what she says.

 

I am excited and nervous because I don’t know what the rest of the girls look like!!(There are 6 or 7 of us total I think) I am hoping that I won’t be toooo intimidated by all of the beautiful bodies surrounding me and that hopefully I can “hang” I am feeling semi-lean today, but who knows how I will look against the other girls. It almost feels like im competing tonight hahaha.

MONDAY

MEAL 1

(Pre-Workout)

  • 2 grapefruit
  • 1 apple
  • 21 small strawberries
  • 1c spinach
  • 1c egg whites
  • Raw oatmeal made with:
  • ¼ c rolled oats
  • 47g banana
  • ½ tbsp AB
  • Cinnamon
  • ½ c egg whites

    (Huge breakfast but it was 677 calories which is good for the amount I ate)

MEAL 2

(Post-Workout)

  • 5 oz. cooked turkey breast
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 apples
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 21 strawberries
  • 1c spinach
  • 1c egg whites

MEAL 3

  • 1 apple
  • Green pepper strips
  • 1c spinach
  • 1c egg whites

MEAL 4

 

MEAL 5

 

MEAL 6

 

MEAL 7

 

TRAINING

  • Back/Abs(4 sets each)
  • Lat Pulldowns/One arm cable rows
  • Cable Rows/Seated Cable pull downs
  • One arm rows/band lat pulls
  • Assisted chin ups(1 set)
  • 1 chin up(seriously could barely get up there today! Not sure what the deal was because I did 3 of them on Friday! Off day I guess lol)
  • 200 reps various ab exercises

CARDIO

  • 30 min. arc trainer
  • 1 hour group fitness class: The Mix(basically a circuit of squat jumps, lunges, pushups, ab moves, etc. etc.)

TOTAL CALORIES IN

1797

TOTAL CALORIES OUT(through exercise)

-1100(approx.)
