Hope everyone is doing well! I need to catch up on some blog reading and also POSTING. I am just so busy lately!!(and i don’t even know really that anything has changed..i think i just make myself busy haha)
This morning for breakfast i started my day with 1/4 cup of oat BRAN(wanted to try it out) with 1/2 TBSP almond butter and 1/2 a banana. It was pretty good but i prefer my rolled oats. I had 2 tangelos, egg whites and the rest of the banana also. Good filling breakfast!!
I met with my trainer today at the gym. I did shoulders and legs. It was a great workout as always!! Let’s see if i can remember everything: military press, lateral raises(two different ways), one arm straight arm cable pulldowns, straight arm cable pull downs, one arm rear delt cable crossovers, front raises, seated ham curls, squats, walking lunges, calf raises…hmmmm i feel like there was something else but im not sure! I finished that up with 50 minutes of incline walking and 5 minutes of incline running. Why didn’t i just finish out the hour? who knows haha. cuz im a NERD GIRL thats why!
I am now enjoying strawberries and my oikos plain 0% greek yogurt. It is my new love!!! I dip the strawberries in it and its like eating strawberries and whipped cream..only BETTER. Yum yum!
I am ditching class today because i just feel like it. I know im a bad girl but oh well!
Today i am going to lunch with an ex(we’re very good friends) then going to head out to the pool to catch some rays!! Tomorrow i have class all day and Friday i have to work all day so its my only chance before the weekend. I am spoiled in this arizona weather 🙂
