Hey guys! Thanks for visiting my blog
A little bit about me…..I am a 21 year old student at ASU. I’m majoring in business management and also getting an associates in audio production. I LOVE weight training, athletic training, running, hiking, boxing, indoor rock climbing, wakeboarding, football, and baseball. I also love hard rock music, classic rock, and almost anything instrumental! I actually love most music and can appreciate good music no matter what the genre. I love being in a recording studio and love being around musicians. I am working to become an engineer myself, and loving every minute of it. I am completely inspired by music and it takes me to another place. Who needs drugs?!
Other things I enjoy include sarcasm, bad jokes, and laughing. Mostly at myself. I am serious almost all the time. Did I mention sarcasm? Yeah, I have a hard time being serious. Especially in serious situations. So sue me
(You won’t get much

This blog will be about my fitness and nutrition goals, motivation, struggles and my journey’s to the competition stage, races, relays, hoe-downs, you know. Typical bolog-na.
I am not a certified trainer or nutritionist, however I have and continue to read and research everything. In my spare time, I am usually scanning articles on the internet, or knee deep in a text book. Yes, I buy exercise and health related text books for fun. I am my own guinea pig and have found things that work/don’t work. I have a personal trainer(or 2, or 3 depending on the day and who you ask lol), but I do the majority of my training on my own and make my own work out plans and nutrition plans. I recently started taking on clients that are looking for help with their nutritional goals. I am not a dietician. But I do have a lot of knowledge about nutrition, weight loss, muscle building, etc. If you are looking for help, I charge $6,000 a month for my services. Juiced-kidding. I am very affordable because I LOVE to help and inspire others. It brings happiness to my life. If you just have a few random questions, those are $Free.99
Either leave a comment with your question or e-mail me at fitlizzio@gmail.com I will do my best to give you my advice on the issue. And if it is something I am not sure on, I will tell you to ask someone smarter than me
Here is where I ramble on about my background. Read if you like
Growing up I was an athlete and always pretty thin. I have never had weight problems other than the ones I make up in my head. I have always been very self conscious and have never seen myself as “skinny” even though I always have been just that(according to others around me..) My first year of college I gained a little bit of weight, but not too much. Mostly I realized that I was “skinny fat” and that just was NOT cool with me. I have always been active and athletic, not lazy and sloppy. So I decided to hire a personal trainer in August 2007, and my love for fitness was rekindled into something new. This trainer, who is one of my closest friends now, taught me how to lift weights and go heavy and NOT be afraid of “bulking up.” In December 2008, after gaining back the 12 pounds I had recently lost, I picked up the clean eating book and decided to change things around. I wanted to get in the BEST shape of my life. And what better way to do that than to enter a fitness competition. I competed in my first fitness competition on July 18th, 2009 in NPC’s new Bikini Division. I placed 2nd in my class and fell in LOVEEEEEE with the sport.
I have since competed in a Ms. Bikini America competition through the Musclemania/Fitness America organization and placed 5th.
I am now trying to make my dream come true of getting paid to stay in shape. It’s what I do best
I am very interested in fitness modeling and hope to make a career out of it. I have been featured on www.bodybuilding.com, done a few photo shoots, and working on getting my name out there. If you have any other questions you can always e-mail me at fitlizzio@gmail.com

You look great!
